To order products or services from 1in100free you must be 18 years of age or older.
Any contract shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and UK courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Purchasing from this site means that you accept and agree to our terms and conditions.

Selection of Products and Stores
1in100free makes reasonable endeavours to ensure that all products featured on the mall are available for dispatch within 5 working days subject to stock availability. However, please check each store's terms for their delivery details as this can vary, for example, where products are shipped direct from the manufacturer.
In order to keep all prices, products and details up to date, it may be necessary to close the mall from time to time. 1in100free will do their utmost to ensure that minimal disruption is caused by this procedure. In unfortunate circumstances you may lose any items you have stored in your basket. If this happens you will need to re-select your order once the mall has re-opened.
Checks are frequently made to ensure all products show the correct price. Occasionally a product may display an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the product data supplied. If such an error occurs 1in100free reserve the right to cancel an order. You will be informed within 3 working days if this is the case. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the option to proceed with the purchase at the correct price.
The email acknowledgement and the order receipt are acknowledgements that your order has been received by our system. Please note this is not confirmation that the order has been accepted by the supplier.
Your final order confirmation will be sent direct from the supplier when the product(s) you have ordered have been dispatched.
 
Payment Arrangements
All suppliers are able to process payment, via Visa, MasterCard and Switch.
 
Purchases
Please note that when you purchase any product from 1in100free your contract is with the supplier of the product and not 1in100free.

Generally your payment card will not be debited until your order is ready for dispatch (although some Stores do require payment before dispatch - please check individual store's Terms. click here)
After you have placed an order to purchase products or services from 1in100free and payment details have been verified, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement (that your order has been received) to the email address given by you at the time of your order.
 
Delivery
For specific delivery details please refer to the relevant store. Generally goods should be dispatched within 5 working days. Subject to stock availability.
All stores can only deliver to an address in the mainland UK.
Goods will be delivered to the address you specify for delivery at the time you make your order. Please check these details carefully on your receipt to ensure they are correct. If you see any errors please contact the relevant store(s) as soon as possible. The contact number and e-mail address for each store from which you have purchased goods can be found on your receipt and in the terms of the store.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified address, subject to your statutory right to cancel. The site you used for access to 1in100free, Something4 or the supplier shall have no responsibility for loss or damage following delivery.
Multiple orders from various stores can only be delivered to the one address you have specified. If you wish to send each product to a different address, please purchase (checkout) each item separately and resubmit new delivery details each time.
If a multiple order is from different stores on the mall the goods will be delivered separately by each supplier's preferred courier with the relevant expertise with that type of product.

  • All confidential data such as card details are secured using 128 Bit encryption (where browsers support 128 Bit encryption, otherwise 40 Bit encryption will be used). This means that when information is sent over the internet it is 'scrambled' making it unreadable. As you would expect, we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). The SSL security protocol is an industry standard approved by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and used for securing communications over the web. It allows information to be scrambled so it cannot be read during transfer. When the intended recipient receives the data, it is 'unscrambled', authenticated and verified to ensure it has not been tampered with.
